JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum Associates degree.
A positive personality, persevering, eager, can-do, and fix-it attitude.
One-year volunteer coordination experience including recruiting, onboarding, training and evaluating volunteers.
One-year experience in training in customer service/patient experience.
Hospital experience and some medical terminology a plus.
Patience and professionalism to work with and coach volunteers from age 16 and up.
Leadership and organizational skills to train staff from patient care staff through doctors.
