Case Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Social Work.
Experience:Minimum of two years experience in health care or related field, demonstrating management and leadership expertise, preferred. Demonstrates ability in application of organization/communication skills required.A resource finder and implementer.
