This position is responsible for the overall office functions and general reception. Serving as an example for and coaching team members toward our core values is essential in this position.
Create and issue all purchases orders, reconcile receipt of items, and ensure invoices are coded and processed to accounts payable for timely vendor payment for all regional locations.
Coordinate related receipts, reconcile expenses and submit all site credit card reports for processing, serve as co-pilot for all site credit card accounts for all regional locations.
Coordinate and maintain office housekeeping and organization for all regional locations.
All other duties as assigned.
Purchase, inventory, and issue office supplies and safety PPE for all regional locations.
