Critical Functions
Daily:
Manage membership
database
Respond to
customer calls, messages, marketing and computer questions/problems.
Conduct all
banking and accounting functions
Track and respond
to marketing requests and information requests
Electronic sign
management
Check Mail &
Deposit funds into bank
Greet and assist
customers & visitors
Office upkeep
including organizing & ordering all inventory materials needed for jobs
Assist with creating marketing content (Flyers, social media etc.)
Assisting
president as needed
Monthly:
Membership
billing and related communications
Identify and
report trends in membership database to Director and Board
Accounts Payable
and Accounts Receivable
Filing all
paperwork related to all accounts payable & receivable
Accounting for
XIT and La Rita Theatre Ticket sells
Reconcile bank
statements and resolve banking and financial issues
Prepare Reports
for Economic Development Council
Attend Monthly
Board meetings and record minutes
Develop Monthly
Consent Agenda
Membership sales
Update member
group information: Dalhart Dollars, New Neighbors & Membership levels
Quarterly:
File TEC Reports
File 941 Reports
Assist Director
with New Neighbor Socials
Develop and
submit tourism and Texas Event Reports
Annual:
Complete and file
941 Reports
Complete and mail
1099
Complete and
report sales tax
Complete and mail
W-2 and W-3
Assist with
Annual Banquets and fund-raising events
Complete annual
banking requirements and new signature cards
Prepare Board
Member Orientation
T-shirt sales for
XIT Rodeo and Reunion
