First State Bank is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to existing and potential customers. Basic technical functions will include: greeting customers, ensuring that customer needs are satisfied in a friendly, efficient manner; answering and directing phone calls, and performing other administrative duties as assigned. A good attitude and pleasant personality are a must. Qualified applicants should be willing to work in a professional environment, have typing and computer skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple incoming calls, accurately performing tasks, and handling frequent telephone interruptions.
